Welcome to the beginning of a new chapter. I’m so glad you’re here, and I’m excited about the possibility of joining you on this journey. Whether you’re navigating challenges or looking to grow, I truly believe this is the beginning of something meaningful for you. My path to therapy has been shaped by my experience as both a coach and a former softball student-athlete at the University of Georgia. This combination of coaching and sports has given me a unique perspective on resilience, mental toughness, and the power of self-discovery. Through my work, I blend my passion for sports with my love for therapy.
During my masters program for marriage and family therapy i completed my clinical hours at St. hope foundation where i worked with underserved populations with complex trauma. I also completed an internship at Missouri City Family Counseling where i worked with adolescents and young adults. In addition to working on completing my neurofeedback certification, I am also trained in EMDR.
When I’m not in the therapy room, I find joy in watching others chase their dreams in sports, spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, and soaking in the beauty of a good sunset.
